Custom AI agents · built by Hyams Digital Solutions

Custom AI agents that do the standing work of your business.

Briefings ready before the day starts. Follow-ups that do not slip. Research done without a new hire. AgentPraetorian designs, builds and runs agent systems for executives, owners and small businesses, and nothing consequential happens without your approval.

AgentPraetorian

You approve before an agent acts on anything that sends, pays, publishes or commits.

Quoted per engagement · your own deployment, your own data

Nothing goes out until you approve it. Every step lands in a log you can read.

YoursA deployment of your own

Your agents run on their own deployment, with their own database. You are never a row in someone else's system.

AskedBefore anything goes out

Anything that sends, pays, publishes or commits waits for an approval from a person you name. A pause is never treated as a yes.

RecordedEvery action on the record

Every step an agent takes is written to a log you can read back: what it did, when, and what came of it.

What it does

Three kinds of work, handed off properly

Not a chat window and not a template. AgentPraetorian is an AI agent development company that also runs what it builds: agents designed around the work you actually do, doing it on their own schedule.

I

Standing work

The recurring jobs that eat a week: the morning briefing, the market scan, the weekly numbers, the follow-up list. Agents run them on a schedule, not when someone remembers to ask.

  • Briefings delivered before the day starts
  • Research and monitoring on a cadence you set
  • A missed run is reported, never quietly skipped
II

A working memory for a leader

Some people call it a second brain. In practice it is an agent system that keeps the deals, the people, the commitments and the context, so a question on Tuesday does not start from zero.

  • Context that persists across weeks, not one chat
  • Connected only to the sources you choose
  • Asked from your phone, in plain language
III

Processes with a person in charge

Intake, triage, drafting, reconciliation, handoffs. Agents do the work in between and stop at the points that need a person, with the draft ready and the decision yours.

  • Approval gates at every point that matters
  • Drafts prepared, never sent unseen
  • A written record of every step
How it's built

Built like infrastructure, not a chatbot

A chat tool answers when you ask. These systems run while you are doing something else, which means they need what any serious system needs: controls, a record, and a boundary around your data.

You approve before it acts

Anything that sends, pays, publishes or commits pauses for an approval. Approvals are authenticated, single use and they expire. A pause is never treated as consent.

A record of every action

Every unit of work lands in a ledger you can read back: what the agent did, when, with what input, and what came of it.

Your own deployment

Your agents run on a dedicated deployment with its own database and least-privilege credentials. Your data is never pooled with anyone else's.

Memory that holds

State is stored durably, so work survives a restart mid-task and context carries across weeks instead of resetting with every chat.

Cost ceilings, set in advance

Every task runs under a budget for model calls, tokens and time, reserved before the work starts. A ceiling, not a hope.

In the tools you already use

The agents reach you where you already work, such as a messaging app on your phone, instead of one more dashboard to log into.

How an engagement runs

Most of the work happens before anything is built

An agent is only as good as the job it is given. So the job gets written down, and you approve it, before a line of the system exists.

  1. I

    Find the standing work

We map the recurring work that costs you or your team the most time, and pick the jobs where an agent can take the load without taking the judgment.

  2. II

Design the agents and the gates

Each agent gets a written job: its inputs, its tools, what it may do alone and where it must stop for you. You approve the design before anything is built.

  3. III

    Build on your own deployment

We build the system on a deployment dedicated to you, connect only the sources you approve, and run it against real work under supervision first.

  4. IV

Run it, review it, tune it

Once it is live you get the output, the approvals and the log. We watch it with you, adjust what is not pulling its weight, and add the next job when the first one has earned its keep.

Where the pattern comes from

Systems Hyams Digital Solutions built and runs

AgentPraetorian is the offer. The pattern behind it, agents doing standing work with a person in charge, comes from these two builds.

HDS reference build

An owner-operated CRE practice

Owner-operated CRE practice. Built and run by HDS.

  • A nine-agent fleet running market intelligence and daily briefings on a schedule, not on request
  • Telegram as the entire operator interface, so the practice runs from a phone
  • An automated market-briefing pipeline feeding a published newsletter

The practice runs without a dashboard. Market briefings arrive before the day starts, pipeline and follow-up live in one system of record, and the agent fleet does the research a junior analyst would otherwise be hired for. This is the reference build for the pattern we sell: agents doing standing work, and a messaging app instead of a UI.

HDS reference build

The HDS agent platform

Hyams Digital Solutions, internal infrastructure.

  • Multi-agent orchestration platform with persistent memory
  • Code review + verification gates as first-class agents
  • Audit-grade logging of every agent action

One principal runs several workstreams in parallel, because review and verification are automated rather than queued behind a person.

Pricing

Quoted per engagement, after we understand the work

There is no price list here, because a number published before anyone has seen the work is either padded to cover the worst case or too low to build it properly. What drives yours: how many jobs the agents take on, which systems they touch, how much judgment the work needs, and how much running support you want. We scope it with you and put the number in writing before anyone signs anything.

In every engagement

  • A written job for every agent, approved by you before it is built
  • A deployment of your own, with its own database and credentials
  • Approval gates on anything that sends, pays, publishes or commits
  • A readable record of every action the agents take
  • Cost ceilings on every task, set before the work runs
  • Supervised running before the agents work on their own

What you will not find here: a promise about hours saved or headcount avoided by a date. We commit to the design, the gates and a record you can audit yourself.

Questions

The ones worth asking any vendor

Is this a chatbot?

No. A chatbot waits for you to type. These agents run on a schedule, work across the systems you connect, remember what happened last week, and stop for your approval before anything consequential. You can still ask them questions, but that is the smallest part of the job.

Can an agent do something I did not approve?

Not anything that matters. Actions with real-world effects, such as sending, paying, publishing or changing records, wait for an authenticated approval from a person you name. The agent can prepare everything up to that point; the decision stays with you.

What happens when an agent gets something wrong?

It will, sometimes, the same way a new hire does. That is why consequential work stops for review, why every action is logged, and why a new agent runs under supervision before it works on its own. When something is off you can see exactly what the agent did, and we fix the cause rather than the symptom.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your agents run on a deployment dedicated to you, with its own database and credentials, and connect only to the sources you approve. Nothing is pooled with anyone else's data.

What does it connect to?

The systems each job needs, one at a time, each with the least access that job requires. Typical examples are email, calendars, documents, a CRM and internal databases. If a system has no reliable way in, we say so before we scope it.

Which AI models does it use?

The model is chosen per job, and every call goes through a gateway, so a model can be swapped without rebuilding the agents. You are not tied to one vendor's roadmap.

How is it priced?

Per engagement, after we understand the work. The number depends on how many jobs the agents take on, which systems they touch and how much running support you want, and it is in writing before anything is signed.

What do you need from me to start?

A conversation about the recurring work that costs you the most, and the name of the person who will approve what the agents do. Access to systems comes later, one at a time, once the design is agreed.

Tell us what eats your week. We will tell you straight which parts an agent can take, which parts it should not, and what building it would involve.
