AgentPraetorian is a service of Hyams Digital Solutions, based in Tennessee, United States. This policy covers this website, the inquiries it generates, and the data our agent systems work with when you engage us. Questions go to [email protected].

This site does not track you

There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on this website, and we do not set cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information such as IP address and browser type in the course of serving and protecting the site. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

What we collect when you get in touch

Only what you send us. The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional company name, the kind of inquiry and your message. If you email or call instead, we keep that correspondence.

When you use the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person rather than a bot, using technical signals from your browser, and Resend delivers your message to our inbox. Neither is used for advertising.

What we do with it

• Reply to your inquiry and prepare a scope and quote.
• Keep a record of the engagement if you become a client.
• Nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for advertising.

Data in a client engagement

If you engage us, your agents run on a deployment dedicated to you and connect only to the systems you approve, with the least access each job needs. We use that access for the work you engaged us for and nothing else, and you can revoke it at any time.

To do their work, agents send the relevant content to AI model providers through a gateway we operate. Which providers are used, and under what data-handling terms, is set out in your agreement before any of your data is connected.

We do not design our systems to handle protected health information or payment card data. Please do not send either to us. If a project would require it, that needs a separate conversation and a separate agreement before anything begins.

Service providers

We keep the list short: Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery and bot protection, Resend for delivering form messages, and our business email provider for correspondence. Engagement-specific providers, such as AI model providers, are named in your agreement. If this list grows in a way that affects your information, this page changes with it.

How long we keep it

Inquiry correspondence is kept while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period after. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement runs, plus the period our legal, tax and accounting obligations require.

Your choices

Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you ask us to delete something we are required to keep, we will tell you which part and why.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes get a new effective date at the top of this page.
