An AI chief of staff that works while you do.

An AI executive assistant that does more than answer questions. AgentPraetorian builds a small team of agents around one leader: they prepare the day, keep track of what you promised and to whom, do the research, and draft what needs drafting. It runs from your phone, and nothing goes out under your name without your approval.

What it does

What it takes off your plate

I

The morning brief

What changed overnight in the deals, markets and people you care about, ready before the first meeting.

II

Commitments, tracked

What you promised, to whom and by when, drawn from the threads you connect, with a nudge before anything slips.

III

Research, on request and on schedule

Background on a company before a call, a market scan every Monday, the week's numbers summarized on Friday.

IV

Drafts, not sends

Replies, memos and follow-ups drafted in your voice and held for your approval.

How it's built

The controls come with it

Agents that work while you are elsewhere need the same things any serious system needs. These are part of every build, not options.

You approve before it acts

Anything that sends, pays, publishes or commits pauses for an approval. Approvals are authenticated, single use and they expire. A pause is never treated as consent.

Memory that holds

State is stored durably, so work survives a restart mid-task and context carries across weeks instead of resetting with every chat.

In the tools you already use

The agents reach you where you already work, such as a messaging app on your phone, instead of one more dashboard to log into.

Where the pattern comes from

A system Hyams Digital Solutions built and runs

AgentPraetorian is the offer. The pattern behind it comes from systems like this one.

HDS reference build

An owner-operated CRE practice

Owner-operated CRE practice. Built and run by HDS.

  • A nine-agent fleet running market intelligence and daily briefings on a schedule, not on request
  • Telegram as the entire operator interface, so the practice runs from a phone
  • An automated market-briefing pipeline feeding a published newsletter

The practice runs without a dashboard. Market briefings arrive before the day starts, pipeline and follow-up live in one system of record, and the agent fleet does the research a junior analyst would otherwise be hired for. This is the reference build for the pattern we sell: agents doing standing work, and a messaging app instead of a UI.

Questions

Questions worth asking first

Is this an AI executive assistant or an AI chief of staff?

Both names describe the same idea at different altitudes. An assistant handles the inbox and the calendar; a chief of staff keeps track of the whole operation around you. We scope yours to the work you actually want off your plate.

Does it read my email?

Only if you connect it, and only with the access the job needs. Briefings and research are a good place to start, and they need no inbox access at all.

Can my human assistant work alongside it?

Yes. Approvals can go to the person you name, and the agents' drafts and logs are there for both of you.

Tell us what you would hand to a chief of staff tomorrow.

We will tell you which of it an agent can own, which of it should stay with a person, and what building it would involve.
